A unique instrument and a blend of a few Northfield designs. This A-style mandolin borrows from our very popular Model M and Artist Series Mandolins to create a powerful response in an elegantly appointed instrument.

This mandolin has a handful of unique features that set it apart from Northfield's Standard Series including a master grade Italian spruce top, premium maple back, sides, and neck, spirit varnish finish, and Nugget tailpiece.

Choose between 3 colour option, dark cherry burst, light leather burst or Icelandic brown amber

Also 2 nut widths, standard 1 1/8" or a wide nut 1 3/16" version

A brilliant sounding and looking Hawaiian Koa mandolin from the excellent British luthier Thomas Buchanan. Finely appointed 'Flat Top' instrument with solid Hawaiian Koa back and sides and a solid European Sitka Spruce soundboard. Also features bird eye maple body binding.

The Ozark 2240E electro mandolin features a distinctive Celtic knot sound hole, a design that is picked up by matching wooden fingerboard inlays. It is made of solid wood construction with a solid spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides and fitted with a diecast tailpiece. The mandolin has a satin finish which enhances the natural beauty of the wood and a mahogany neck with 20 fret rosewood fingerboard. The Northfield 'Model M' A-Style Mandolin features an Engleman spruce top and a highly flamed maple back and sides. A simple design whilst still exuding real build quality and tone.

Choose between 2 finishes, dark leatherburst (full sunburst) or amber top/brown sides, back and neck.

Also choose from a standard nut width of 1 1/8" or a wide nut of 1/3/16"

Northfield Wavelength Short Scale Octave Mandola. For the mandolin player who wants that octave mandola tone without the stretch. Traditionally octaves usually have a scale length of around 21-22", the Northfield Wavelength is 19". This means the gauges are slightly heavier than normal to get the tension at that shorter scale length.

Northfield Quickstep Mandola features an all solid construction including special Adirondack spruce and figured maple back and sides. A complex and resonant sound, mid-range that kicks and a top-end that sparkles like it has its own reverb unit. Also features a comfortable radiused fingerboard with larger frets and elevated fingerboard with a slightly longer scale than the relics. All this with perfect intonation.

The 'Flat Top Birds Eye Maple' Bouzouki has a solid spruce soundboard with a neat inlaid soundhole rosette, solid maple back and sides, rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot markers and a mahogany neck. The rosewood pin bridge has a bone saddle for maximum transmission of sound.

The Ozark 2260 is an all-solid vintage style 'A' model mandolin with excellent tone and great projection. The hand carved solid spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides ensure a good sound. This is a well-built mandolin fitted with an adjustable ebony bridge, gold plated machines and gold plated tailpiece.
