Despite the fact that my banjo arrived completely trashed and has since been returned with a full refund I can't fault Eagle Music. The damage was not their fault and they have been wonderful about it. These things happen occasionally. I've bought several banjos and miscellaneous equipment from them in the last two years and the service has always been first class.I wouldn't buy from anywhere else.
