Ordering
We aim to ship all items within one to two working days of receiving your order, though we cannot guarantee this (UK regulations allow the supplier thirty days to dispatch goods). We try to keep as much as possible in stock, if an item is out of stock we will notify you by email. We will send you an email to confirm your order has been received. Once your order has been processed you will be notified by email on its despatch. Price and availability information displayed on the Eagle Music Shop web site are subject to change without notice. Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. All deposit payments on goods are non refundable at the discretion of Eagle Music.
Currencies
We have made it easy for overseas customers to view the prices of our products in a number of currencies. We ship goods to customers all over the world. To change your currency just click on the appropriate flag in the right hand column. Exchange rates are checked and updated regularly. Although the site will display in an alternative currency your order will come to us as sterling.
Postage
Our shopping cart will calculate your shipping costs which will be added to your grand total. If we are unable to fulfill all items within your order, we are likely to reduce the shipping cost when we process your order.
Pricing
Whilst we endeavor to ensure the prices on our website and in our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price or specification without notice. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
Our Returns Policy
At Eagle Music Shop we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy:-
If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 28 days, and we will send you a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
If you are returning an item it is your responsibility to insure the item during postage as we cannot be held responsible for damage during transit by any third party. We highly recommend that you pack your item extremely well, especially musical instruments and also take out insurance.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
