The heart of the Goodtime Special Banjo is the three ply violin maple rim with heavy Deering Goodtime 20/10 tone ring producing an exceptional bright crisp tone...It is built with excellent quality nickel hardware and the Rock Maple neck sets up with a fast action.
The quality and design features include:-
- Solid wood, 3 ply violin maple rim
- Heavy Deering Goodtime USA 20/10 tone ring
- Banjo 'fiddle' shaped traditional Deering headstock
- Geared closed plate tuners - Set of four side facing
- Hardwood 'Bow Tie' fingerboard inlays
- Vega style armrest
- Strung and tuned to G, D, A, E Irish or C G D A for standard tenor banjo players (Please use drop down box to choose tuning)
Each banjo we supply is individually set up in our on-site Banjo Specialist Workshop here at Eagle Music. Any Banjo purchased from Eagle will be fully SET UP, checked for intonation and playability and tuned ready for playing straight out of the box!
