Flawlessly built from the finest selected tone woods...the Kanuga custom shop 'Celtic' features a sloped shouldered dreadnought body with a solid spruce top and a solid rosewood back and sides adorned with a Celtic design throughout. Also features a beautifully finished off ebony fingerboard. The Celtic knots are featured on around the sound hole, fingerboard dot markers and on the end of the guitar near the end pin location. Stunning dark sunburst finish and a classy gloss finish. Supplied in a Hiscox hard case.

Description
The Patrick James Eggle Kanuga has a distinctive squared-off head stock and the shorter, stiffer neck of the This design harkens back to the traditional roots of this 12 fret, sloped shoulder dreadnought beauty. An instant heirloom, it will become the guitar you use when you finally write that ballad you've been thinking about.
The Kanuga is built from solid exotic selected timbers throughout, It has a solid Sitka spruce top fitted with an ebony pyramid pin-bridge. the bridge pins are hand turned from ebony and inlaid with pearl. The bridge is fitted with a natural bone saddle that is hand worked to give precise intonation. The soundboard is decorated with a triple-ring natural abalone sound hole rosette, the top-to-side binding is matching in black and ivory colour. A custom Tortex shell scratch plate is fitted for protection.
The back and sides are built from solid Indian rosewood.
The top, back and sides are fully bound to protect all body edges in traditional black/ivory coloured binding. The sleek mahogany neck is a dream to play, it has a solid ebony fingerboard inlaid at the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 12th & 15th & frets with a Celtic knot dot markers. The hard steel frets are perfectly worked, rounded and polished precisely. Mini dot markers are also positioned into the side binding at the same frets.
The ebony faced headstock is inlaid with the distinctive 'PJE' in natural mother of pearl and fitted with a matched set of USA Waverley Vintage tuners for trouble free, extremely precise and positive tuning. The reverse of the headstock has a 'Martin' type involute to give extra strength.
This world class hand crafted Patrick James Eggle guitar is finished in a hand rubbed durable high gloss lacquer. All Patrick's guitars are a dream to play. The Kanuga is no exception, their response to the player, tonal quality and volume are second to none.
