Called in at Eagle Music to buy a hard case for the mandolin I recently purchased from them. Rachel showed me the options and I came away with a wonderful Hiscox case. All the staff there are pleasant and helpful, that is why I keep going back for all my musical requirements.

I have just purchased a used Yamaha A3R Electro/Acoustic guitar from Eagle Music and I have to say that I couldn't be more pleased with the guitar and the level of service that I received. The guitar is in Superb condition and expertly set up with new strings. Sounds and plays like a dream. Next day delivery after set up and supplied with a top quality hard case. Very well packed. Well done Eagle music. 10 out of 10 from me. what more can I say. Credit where credit is due. Will be buying from you again in the future.Thank you.

Called in at the shop looking for a Mandolin. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a cuppa. The Eastman Mandolin I chose was set up to perfection. I would recommend Eagle Music Shop to anyone and everyone, they go that extra mile for their customers.

This customer service definitely deserves a five star rating not only for the best service for advice. I took a chance and purchased a second hand ukulele although with a top description but as they say, if it sounds to good to be true, it is, but not in this case it was in excellent condition and could be sold in my opinion by a dishonest company as brand new. So now this is my number one go to company.

I ordered an instrument and PayPal the money through. The next day I changed my mind. I contacted Eagle to ask if they could cancel my order and refund me. They were very helpful. Lovely to deal with. They refunded me minutes after my call. That is quality customer services. I will be going back to them. To order an instrument. And you know I feel a lot more confident now in doing so. A quality shop where every one knows about the instruments they sell.

I approached Eagle as a previous customer having bought an Eastman left handed mandolin, and looking to purchase an octave mandolin in left hand. Matt replied promptly and explained that Eastman don't make a leftie octave any longer, but would speak to Mark, the luthier to see if a conversion was possible. The next day, Matt said that Mark could do the work. It wasn't simple, as he needed to make a new compensated ebony saddle from scratch, a new left handed nut, and add the side dots on the other side of the neck. A week later I received an email from Matt to say the instrument was ready for dispatch. Two days later it arrived and truly it is remarkable. You cannot tell at all that it has been changed from right to left hand, unless you spot that the white dots are on both sides of the neck. The craftsmanship is exceptional by Mark.The customer service by Matt was first class throughout, keeping me in the loop every step. I cannot thank the team enough to accommodate a left handed musician to own a truly wonderful instrument that started out the wrong way round. Eastman don't make these left hand, but the team at Eagle made it possible. Ask them and they can make it happen. Thankyou so much. Brilliant from start to finish. Can't fault the guys and the end result is brilliant.

I ordered and received two days later a Trinity College TM 250 Mandolin. I am delighted with the instrument and I would encourage anyone interested in buying one to do so. I went to see Seven Drunken Night - The Dubliners story - at the Liverpool empire Sunday April 7th. Enjoyed it so much, I decided to buy their sheet music. Monday AFTERNOON, I found book of 40 songs on Eagle Music website and bought it with Royal Mail 1st class post. Monday afternoon, it's going to be Wednesday. Tuesday morning, my book arrived! As described, well packed, and superfast delivery! Had my guitar out at lunch time :)

Thank you for your excellent service and for supplying these large Thumb picks which are particularly helpful given I have carpel tunnel syndrome at present. I am delighted with the fast efficient service including the delivery driver who was with us by 9.20 am in a very rural area after my only having ordered slightly less than 2 days ago. I’ve been a customer of Eagle Music for nearly 20 years. I’ve bought quite a few instruments from them and spent a lot of money there (probably more than I could really afford!). It’s a bit of a journey for me to get there but always worth it. Their prices are always competitive and their customer service and after sales service is unmatched. If ever there is a problem, (which is rare), they will sort it out. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ps. They are not paying me for this. 😂😂.

Just received my order for Ohana sk20 ukulele. I would like to thank-you for the prompt and safe delivery. Excellent service. The instrument is a present for my Grandson who I am teaching what I can. I am sure he will be delighted to own his own uke. We started with the very basic "toy " type uke which kept stripping the tuners so now progressing to the proper instruments and who knows may go for the top of the range stuff if he wants to continue. Hi guys! I've taken my time over this banjo review. I didn't want to rush it. It's a Deering Vega Senator openback. The workshop setup was faultless, and it's just what I was looking for tonally. I've had other great banjos (OME North Star, Deering Maple Blossom) but this one ticks all the boxes with its Civil War tone. I recently visited the shop for the first time, to try out a Taylor 810CE. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I must especially single out Lucas for his expert advice, and patience in allowing me all the time I wanted to try the instrument. It's a pity more guitar shops don't have the same attention to detail and customer friendly approach to sales as Eagle Music. I did buy the guitar and it is superb.

Hi This is just to say thanks for the strings you sent. I have been using a number of pretty lousy string sets over the last few years. Yours are a revelation! Lovely sound. I play a Chicago-tuned tenor guitar (basically I’m a geriatric guitar player with stiff joints) and you’ve got me sounding great (well, I think so). I’ve wanted a Collings MT O for many years and when I saw this one at Eagle Music it was too tempting to resist! On my visit to the store I was made very welcome by Rachel, offered coffee and given a very relaxed opportunity to play the MT O. Wow! … the Collings tone was all there, build quality exceptional and set-up by the Eagle Music team perfect. The tanglewood tenor banjo sounds beautiful and is super easy to play. I’ve never played one before but I can play some mandolin (which is tuned the same) and I play bluegrass banjo so the tenor banjo is kind of a love child if a mandolin and a banjo got together 😂 it’s lovely to play and sounds excellent I can’t wait to hammer out some Celtic tunes!
