Fitted with a new nickel plated notched tension hoop, new round bracket hooks with new nuts and bridge. This banjo has has a fingerboard overhaul and been refretted recently by luthier Steve Agnew. It is made with violin grade maple because of the musical qualities of this wood and it features a radiused ebony fretboard. The radiused fingerboard fits the curve of the fingers over the playing surface making it just that much more effortless to travel the fingerboard. This banjo has been fitted with Stainless Steel frets and has had the gold plating removed from the 06 Tone ring just like Jens prefers on his own personal banjo. Its a beauty!
