Jaroslav Prucha designed and created this ‘Old Time’ music style banjo back in 1990 by request from his friends playing old time music in the Netherlands. It has since become a world best selling Prucha banjo. The design aim for Jaroslav, was to create a sweet, gentle sounding banjo with a full depth of tone …Much experimentation took place, The desired end result was achieved after many prototype models were built and played by prominent Ole Time banjo players. This banjo is an excellent choice for frailing and clawhammer styles and has a modest price tag for a professional banjo of this flawless quality.
